CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can! If you placed your order while logged into your Reebok.com account you can cancel your order within 30 minutes after your order was placed.
Please go to the My Account page and select the items in the order you would like to cancel. Once you have selected your item(s) please click confirm.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY ORDER NUMBER?
No worries! Your order number is in your confirmation email along with an automatic link to your order status on Reebok.com. It is a good idea to save your order confirmation email or write down the number for future reference. If you forget or misplace your order number, please send us a chat, and a customer service representative will contact you. Or call 1-866-870-1743 for immediate assistance.

HOW WILL I KNOW REEBOK.COM RECEIVED MY ORDER?
We'll send you a confirmation email once your order has been placed and processed. The confirmation will contain your order number, your shipping address, and the tracking number. Please remember to check your spam folder.
Once your order is placed on Reebok.com you will see an authorization hold on your chosen method of payment. The authorization hold on your payment method will not turn until a charge on your account until the order ships.
You will receive separate emails for product and Gift Card orders.
This e-mail tells you that we have received and are processing your order. Keep this e-mail for your records; it contains your order number.
This email confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails if parts of your order ship at different times. In this case, you will also see more than one charge on your payment method in accordance with each shipment. The authorization hold on your payment method will not turn into a charge on your account into the item ships.
WHEN ARE PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS APPLIED?
Promotional discounts are applied in Checkout – simply enter your valid promo code before you complete your order. Please note that you cannot use more than one promo code at a time in Checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts exclude custom shoes, limited releases, and items marked as excluded on product page.

We work diligently to keep our online store well stocked, and our online store features a selection of Reebok footwear, apparel, and accessories. If you’re eligible to pay later in 30 days, you can try your order before you buy it. No upfront payment is due and your order will be shipped as normal. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with instructions to pay.
There are no upfront fees or interest when you pay in 30 days or in installments through Klarna.
What is monthly financing through Klarna?
Monthly financing is available when you choose to open an account with Klarna at the time of checkout. Will this affect my credit score?
When you choose to Pay later in 30 days or in 4 interest-free installments, Klarna may perform a soft credit check. This type of credit check will not impact your credit score. Monthly financing applications will take credit score and credit history into consideration when determining if the application is approved.
