What is your Self Service Return Policy?

We create products for your lifestyle, and we’re passionate about our products. We want you to be passionate about your purchases. If you’re not, return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it using a free shipping label and get a full refund.

We can’t guarantee refunds outside of 30 days, for worn or damaged goods, or for those missingoriginal packaging. Clothing returns must have the original tags attached. Custom YourReebok or Personalized Items cannot be refunded.

Return by Mail

We make returns a snap!

  1. Prepare the packing slip
    • Go to www.Reebok.com/us/returns. Login to your account OR be our “guest” entering your order number and zip code.
    • Snag the item(s) you want to return and choose why it didn’t work.
    • Print that shipping label!
  2. Pack up the item(s) and return slip in the original box, please, if possible. Slap the shipping label on the box, and cover any previous delivery addresses or barcodes.
  3. Drop your return shipment at any UPS Store or a UPS drop-off location.
  4. If you are unable to print the shipping label on your own please reach out to our customer service team. Please keep in mind the customer service team will ONLY provide you with your return label via email. The return label will not be mailed to you.
