What is your Exchange Policy?

If you’re not satisfied with the fit of your product, we would be happy to exchange it for different size.
Just contact customer service at reebok.com/us/help. Please note that we currently cannot exchange for different color or different item. Merchandise must be new or unused with box/tags attached. Personalized items cannot be exchanged. Items must be exchanged no later than 90 days after delivery date.

If you would prefer to process the exchange yourself, you have that option as well.

  • Visit the Order Tracker OR login to My Account and view the details of your order, then click Exchange Size.
  • Select the item(s) you want to exchange, then select an exchange reason and your desired size.
  • Click Exchange Selected Item(s) and follow the instructions to print a FedEx shipping label.
  • Include the return detail slip for the items you are returning in the box. (Please do not place multiple orders in the same box)  
  • Attach shipping label to the box and cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes on the box.

*Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges 

A new exchange order will be created for the size you selected. Your exchange order is valid for 10 days; therefore, you will need to drop the original item off at the return carrier within that timeframe. Your exchange order will start processing once the carrier scans the return shipping label. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time plus standard shipping timeframes. Unfortunately tracking information on your exchange order won't be available from Reebok.com, please call us at 1-866-870-1743 if you need assistance checking on your exchange order status. 
*If you do not drop your return item(s) off within 10 days, your exchange order will be cancelled. After this, you can still receive a refund by returning your item to the carrier. The refund will be issued once the carrier scans your return label.
  • This policy refers to size exchanges only. Reebok.com does not price match. We are unable to exchange merchandise obtained from a retailer other than Reebok.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.
  • Please note to utilize free exchanges on Reebok.com, the package must be sent physically from within the United States. The return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.
Can I exchange for a different item?

At this time we are only able to exchange the same item in the same color for a different size. If you would like to receive a different item or color instead, please return your item through our returns process for a refund. Then place a new order online for the item you would like.
Purchases from a Reebok store

Items purchased from a Reebok store can only be exchanged at the same store. For returns, it is possible to return your item for a refund at any store in the United States with your original receipt. Please refer to the return policy on the back of your receipt.
Items ordered in a Reebok store to be delivered to your home

If you placed an order within one of our stores, this is considered an online order. Please follow the same procedure detailed above for Reebok.com exchanges.
